I do not believe so, unless it is the same as a pedal tap. (kinda looks likely) We DO have a set of pedal taps. If you know the size and thread pitch you need you could call the shop during open hours and ask-

YES !!

We actually DO have the (most common) metric "tap" for derailleur hangers!

It's not one of the tools that is left-out for gorillas to abuse, so if you need one, please ask the H.M. on duty to "check it out to you" from the 'Special-Tools' chest in the Office.  As with all of the 'Special-Tools', if you're unfamiliar with the tool, the H.M. should explain proper usage to help cut-down on damage or breakage.
