Some questions from a new guy.

Hey everyone, I'm Shaun.  Long time biker, first time bike coop-er.

I got an older Peugeot bike minus rear wheel for a song, and I'm restoring it to be a transportation / "don't cry if it gets stolen" bike.  I have a fixed hub coming in tomorrow and a 700c rim from another bike, but I was wondering a few things before I come in.

I've never built a wheel before.  Is there a better day to come in, when some of the advanced people will be there/available?

I read that spokes are in short supply.  Where should I buy them?

I pulled everything apart, cleaned and degreased it all, when I realized I don't have any grease.  Is there some in the bikerowave for me to use/buy?
