zipp would argue, yes, infact their disc rear wheels provides negative drag...  which is a fancy term for bullshit

when I saw them on all the hi-end tri bikes, they were covered with Zipp decals which where there to remind you what you were looking at and to negate the golf-ball dimple effect by smoothing it out over about 1/2 the rim's sidewall...
