I have a waterproof suit from Sierra Design. It's basically a matching windbreaker and pants. They keep me dry. The jacket has a conversion chart inside and both come with their own stuff sack. Got them from REI.
Rode to school in the rain yesterday in them. Stayed dry until I took them off and accidentally sat in a puddle ):

I could swing it by the shop this evening, if you are there Gus. It breathes REAL WELL cuz it has mesh on it's sides, from the armpits down the sides.
