This is coming right up and I'd love to see our two or three parking spaces in front of the shop converted to our park for the day.
We missed it last year and I think we could pull it off this year.

Yeah, this would be fun. I can help host for most of the morning.

Anyone have some astroturf to roll out on the space?

Love it but sadly I will have to be at work.  If any of the parks are still in existence at 6pm then I will bring food and the suchlike to the hobos living in them.  Oooh, can we have a party park in the evening?

Just in case anyone wants to swing by Swingers, Santa Monica Spoke is doing bike valet and free checkups.  We'll have a couple of parking spots taken up, green astroturf and all.  Swingers is providing cookies and coffee for cyclists that drop by.

"Bikerowave set up a canopy along Venice Blvd., rolled out a green carpet"
when a white carpet is so dirty that someone thinks it is green it definitely needs to be thrown out.

The green was a metaphor reflecting our environmentally conscious objectives.

Yeah, that's it.

Maybe astroturf WOULD be a better choice for covering the lounge.
