They are too cool to even think about.  I have to hit myself on the head every five minutes to stay cool.  Lets talk about the "European method" tape and glue.  I've heard very strong but a bitch to clean the rim of old tapeglue.  Oh god, I just lost coolness by talking.

Damn euros thinking they can one up us, but seriously, they're just lazy, if you glue it right the bond will outlast the tread on your tyres, yo.  Then you'll be skating on basetape and rims, like the old salty pros.

Well they make at least a 26mm because thats what they used on stage 3 of the Tour this year, the stage with the cobbles.  I suggest we move this discussion to the ultra-cool tubular thread I beganz in the general discussion section so we can embiggen everyones knowledge.

Vittoria and Challenge make tubular slicks up to 27mm.  The Vittoria Pave is the tubular of choice for most of the Spring Classics (Paris Roubaix, Ronde van Vlaanderen.. etc) you can tell buy the awesome green stripe on the tread illustrated in this badassed photo of Hincape in the Paris Roubaix....

Any larger section tire is usually cyclocross or MTB, but there are some awesome file tread tires that challenge, vittoria and tufo make for cyclocross that usually come in 32/34mm...

Look for deals on the 34mm sections because they were just made illegal for International Cyclocross races in the 2010 rules changes...  They might make some comfortable touring tires, but i'd be worried about how they hold up to road debris...
