The 10th Annual LA River Ride is June 6, 2010!
For those of you who have never done this, it is coming around, waiting for you to join.
If you don't think you want to do the ride, you could help out by volunteering.
If you can't afford the entry fee, keep reading, you can do the ride for FREE( see how below)
Unfortunately, I won't be there to help this year.
If you have a truck or van, you could really help by doing some runs for them, like I did last year. Mainly, picking up the (fruit) donations from the vendor(s), and delivering them to ride Headquarters.
They also tell me they could use "SAG" drivers on the ride day.
There are plenty of pre-ride day deliveries to be made and Ride Director J.J., says they will "comp" (pay the ride entry fee) people who help with these deliveries.
They are also looking for mechanics to help fill in at the 'Pit Stops' along the ride.
