I'm looking for a westside dentist, I've since moved far away from the last one I went to and want something more local...

Dr. Gibson is amazing.  No idea if your insurance is accepted, but she's in Westwood and she's really solid. (I had her under a previous dental insurance plan.)

My gf goes to a Dr. Samuels, up on Wilshire and Harvard.  I don't know how accepting he is, but she thinks he's tip-top.

Dr Lisa Chan -

Tries hard to be painless. Kinda on the pricey side, but hey, you have insurance.

A few actual nice things about her office: she has dogs - trained comfort dogs that come over if you're not happy. That's really pretty good. They let you park your bike in the lobby - no worries.  Location: nice new office right in front of the Santa Monica pier on Ocean Ave. A 21 century dentist has a digital Xray machine - 10% of the radiation to your head, a very good thing.

We've been with her for about a decade - does good work, no complaints. Office number is 310-395-2345.

Note to anyone else reading need major work: UCLA has a dental school for big problems, like bike crashes. Very low fees - supervised work.
