Let's do it again. Spring is upon us, I think officially, this weekend. It's time to clean out the garage yet again (speaking for myself) and I want y'all to bring your stuff too. I say we shoot for something about 3 to 4 weeks from now. A Sunday would be great, maybe from 10am til 4pm.
Do we charge for a spot of property?
Do we just let it happen like we did before?
Do we provide some coffee/donuts/music/OJ like we did before?
What do you say?

That's an awesome idea. Didn't we decide at a previous meeting to do a day-long swap meet preceding the Bikeroparties?
Bikeroparty 3.25 is on May 1, which is about 6 weeks away, which might be a good time, but we can obviously have one prior to that if we think we can generate enough traffic.

We can generate enough traffic. I don't think a Party and a swap meet have much to do with each other except the need to have more people preparing more events. Let's keep it simple and do this in the next few weeks. I'll check my events calendar...

I thought we were going to do this on Sat. May 1, and have a day long Swap Meet followed by the Bikeroparty?
Maybe this would be a good thing to discuss at the next meeting this Sunday?

I suggest that we announce party on the forum or wherever else BRW has a presence and put up a sign up sheet of duties listing DJ, food, beverage, contacting vendors (taco truck or donut truck or whatever...), clean-up and so on.
