i'm going to build a 12v DC power supply so i'm looking for an old computer power supply. old computers are often thrown or given away, so i'd like to get it for free, but if anyone has one or knows where i can get one, i'm not opposed to paying.

I have an old PowerMac 7500. I also have SCSI interface ledger size scanner. Zip drive too! Remember those? I can only sigh when I think of money that went into these... Anyways, come by and get 'em or whichever you want.

Oh snap, what version of Mac OS is that rockin? Zip drives lasted like a year and then usb thumb drives sent them packing to a digital dark age.

I think that 7500 needs a new battery for the motherboard. It used to work before and was upgraded with G4 processor and USB & firewire adapter card. It is OS 9. It is useless to me at this point. It's yours Ryan. I've got related stuff if anyone wants it.
That Zip drive... Man did that thing rock back in '97. CDRW killed it.

I have a standard XT power supply but it might be bad. You know shop lifting, graffiti, etc. You are welcome to have it.

Oh god, fair enough killing off an old PowerMac...as much as it pains me, you gotta put the horse down sometime.
If you have the OS9 CD, Kwang, what plans might you have with them?

It would definitely give me a nerdgasm to emulate OS9 on my MacBook and run HyperCard, honestly

We should implement the next POS version in HyperCard.

Tait, Youre a screenlooker. I bet you were really good at Halo. Am going to do just that. Are you interested? I figure it really wont be too difficult. Especially if we find a beige g3 with different kinds of ports. I know, know, know we could output shit into quickbooks format. At least QB 2000 Obsolescence is just a lack of imagination.
