80s nishiki touring bike on CL, I don't think they know it's a touring bike, maybe worth checking out and offering $150.

We have a rivnut tool, which can install an internally threaded rivet which can then be used to install things like pumps and water bottle cages.
I think I see the mid-fork bolts (silver in two of the photos) where the mid-fork eyelets are all ready for a front low rider rack.
This thing is ready for touring--except that overhaul part.

guy says it's a 62cm, might be good to just flip even, just make sure BB is in good condition.
