Speaking of the Underground Railroad Route, you should read and/or give a listen to this National Public Radio piece if you haven't already heard it. It concerns the first-ever Adventure Cycling group to tackle the route. Their hilly and evocative journey through history began April 14 in Mobile, Alabama, and ended in Owen Sound on May 31:
