you gotta love those swiss.  only they could make something look so complicated.  and how about those germans?  that stand looks so, well, positively german. achtung, baby!!

Isn't it interesting how national character comes through in these products? I think national character was even more pronounced in the past when, for example, all the cars in the Formula 1 races were painted in national color rather than the factory color or the sponsor color. British Racing Green, French Blue, Italian Red, German Silver, USA White w/ blue stripes, Japan white w/ red disc...
