The Santa Monica Daily Press will print an article on us tomorrow.  I hope it will be good!  The shop might be real real full soon.

Are they going to come by and see the place or are they just printing the article?

Sorry - it was last minute and I just wasn't on top of it - he emailed me last`week on Monday night asking about coming in Tuesday and I wrote him back to suggest he come in Wednesday.  Then I went about my business cause I was swamped and was pleased when he showed up Wednesday - I shoulda told you though.

Nice work, Alex.  You were super eloquent when you were speaking with him that night.  You represented well.

I remember when they were there, Kieron, no one got the memo.
I was annoyed cause they were in my way while I was trying to wrench.

 Huh?

Speaking of articles.

About 8 months ago I was eating at the counter at Loteria in the 3rd Street Farmers Market dressed in Lycra. The guys next to me starts up a conversation about bike riding, commuting, green issues, etc. Turns out he's a real estate agent that specialzes in sustainable houses. He's got a news letter about green topics that he sends out to people to generate interest in sustainable housing. He ended up quoting me in one of his issues.

Also, I'm in contact with someone at the NRDC who interviewed me as a bike commuter for his podcast. He also might be interested in interviewing Alex or someone about Bikerowave. He's a biker and is familiar with Bicycle Kitchen.

If people think it's appropriate, I can contact them and see if they're interested in doing something on Bikerowave.

Let me know.
