Bikerowave is seeking a new location.  We seek 800+ sq. ft, with high ceilings, and potentially a store front.   Bikerowave is based in West LA, so locations West of the 405 and North of Washington Blvd are ideal.  Unfinished industrial space, and odd spaces are welcome.  Our present rent is $1350 per month, and we probably are unable to pay more than $2000 per month.  If you have resources or leads, please email locationhunt@bikerowave.org.

No, there are some in SM.  Asking prices tend to be out of our range, but there may be exceptions, 'white elephants,' you know?

The $/sq ft is a little high ($2, needs to be closer to $1.50ish from what I read on the home page) but they will divide it down to 300 sq ft and do some minimal tenant improvements. There's both warehouse and office space and a rollup door in the warehouse. The location is very close to BRW's current loc.

I thought they might be inclined to be flexible with us as they could carve us out a small piece at what we can afford and have some revenue while they try and fill the place up (in this economy.)

There are some other similar spaces on loop.net, but that one stuck out in my mind.
