RIDE CANCELED FOR A FEW WEEKS.  WILL POST WHEN RESUMING.

SOCIAL RIDE / VEGAN FEAST EVERY THURSDAY
6PM Bike Ride 7:45 Feast

When: Every Thursday Evening from now until the end of July

6PM Social bike ride, vegan potluck to follow
7:45ish feast (non-riders welcome)

Consider your food contribution as your ticket inside.  Bring it.   Smiley

Where: 817 14th St. apt. G -Santa Monica, CA   90403
(between Idaho & Montana)

Contact: artemisia -  artemisiabutterfly@gmail.com    310.266.5142

Come for the ride, stay for the food.  (Or just come for the food. Whimp! hehe.)

Ride yo' bike.  Get your vegan grub on. Meet new folk, drink some wine, sit on pillows in a tiny ass studio, and revel with us.
Thursday night is the new Friday, or so I've been told.  If you can't make it for the ride, bring your smiling face for the dinner portion.

Meet between 5:45-6 o'clock with your tricked out bi-pedaled ride of choice and a yummy organic vegan dish (although if it is disgusting we'll be polite enough to eat without making supper scrunchy face-just once)

At 6:00 sharp WE RIDE!! 1.5 hour - fun paced ride around town, along the coast. Enjoy minimal traffic, sparkling waves and pure bike riding joy.  (The route will be decided democratically.)  A traveling party by bike, lets get our legs pumpin' and smiles jumpin'! Let's bridge the gap between auto and cycle and encourage the shift to living car-light.  This is a mellow social ride. We ride for the company and the view. Spandex NOT recommended.

7:45ish WE FEAST!! A promptish arrival is requested so that all menu items can be served together.  Bring your dish prepared and if necessary we will warm it in the oven while we ride.

Please make sure dish does not contain: dairy, eggs, meat, poultry, fish, or refined sugar.
Instruments are encouraged!

As always, feel free to call me for ingredient questions, menu ideas, directions, to give me some hot vegan guy’s number...  Wink

Bring your food bearing friends; I promise we won't bite (unless of course you want us to…)

ALL ARE WELCOME!

We really bike you!

Now get your ass over here.

Ok.  Ok.

We don't promote spandex for this ride.

We definitely promote shaving your legs.

OH shit.

I'm out.
