Okay folks..

Seems that if there has been a grace period about using parking spaces in the lot - well, that grace period is now over.

Got a message from the Property Manager that reads as follows:

Final warning!  Please tell your guests that all parking spaces at Santa Monica
Studios are reserved.  No further warning - CARS ILLEGALLY PARKED WILL BE TOWED
IMMEDIATELY.  If a car is towed - please contact Pacific Towing at 310-450-0926.

So if you have one of those motorized 4-wheeled bike dealies, make sure you park on Nebraska.

BIKEROWAVE DOES NOT HAVE ITS OWN PARKING SPOT.

i added a "parking" blurb on the "hours, rates & location" section of the site.

it's actually not a new policy - it seems that there are enough upset tenants lately that they are actually going to enforce it now rather than just give folks verbal warning.
